This jumper features the iconic Givenchy logo given a new twist. It fits easily around the waist. The hem and cuffs are elasticated. The logo on the front is in a contrasting colour. Wear this jumper with jeans or cotton trousers and trainers.
LOGO STRIPE SWEATER
This Givenchy sweater fuses the House's dark, sporty aesthetic with a knitwear staple. The warm, rib-knit design features a relaxed fit and striped logo panel across the torso in the brand's signature colourway. Team it with jeans or tailored trousers for a smart-casual finish.
WOOL LOGO SWEATER
Seasonal staples don't get much more luxurious than this Givenchy sweater. While its statement design - the logo to the chest and colour-block detail - is the centre of attention, it's the intricate details that set it apart. Most notable is the texture, crafted from fine-knit wool, it has a smooth and seamless structure, accentuated by elegant details such as a heavier knit to the stripe and gently ribbed cuffs.
Upside Down Logo Sweater
Givenchy’s menswear collection merges elements of the label’s sleek Parisian heritage with contemporary silhouettes. This cotton upside down logo band jumper from Givenchy features a ribbed crew neck, long sleeves, an upside-down intarsia logo band and a ribbed hem and cuffs.
LOGO-INTARSIA COTTON SWEATER
. While Ms Clare Waight Keller has made a number of changes since taking the helm at Givenchy , the brand's iconic graphic motifs and name-bearing pieces remain relativity untouched. This sweater is intarsia-knitted from weighty wool in the label's signature black, white and red palette and has a relaxed cut. Shown here with Givenchy trousers, Givenchy sneakers, Givenchy pouch.
Hubert James Taffin de Givenchy launched the label in 1952 as a line of simple, light separates. Two years later, the Balenciaga-mentored Frenchman debuted a full ready-to-wear collection. A meeting to fit a young Audrey Hepburn (he was expecting Katharine) marked the start of a legendary designer/muse relationship that spanned forty years; he used her as the face of his first perfume, L’Interdit, and she became the first actress to sell a scent (today, Liv Tyler mugs for the brand’s beauty wing). The house hit a home run with fashion heavies like Lauren Bacall, Jackie O, and Princess Grace, and Givenchy went on to launch a men’s line in 1973. By 1976, the brand included fabrics, furnishings, shoes, jewelry, and a Ford Lincoln Continental. Givenchy joined LVMH in 1988, and after Hubert’s retirement in 1995, it gained notoriety as an incubator of style stars like Alexander McQueen and John Galliano. The relatively obscure Riccardo Tisci was named creative director in 2005.
